*- RB Rail AS responsible for the preparation of the feasibility study (1.3). The study is aimed to provide best feasible and optimal option on how current railway line PL / LT – Kaunas will be modernized to meet the technical requirements of Rail Baltica global project. Results of the study can influence implementation and planning of other related activities.

**-Rail Baltica 1435 mm gauge section Kaunas - Lithuanian and Latvian border construction works will begin after the completion of land expropriation-related activities (section 2.1.).
